The Minister of Finance issued the revised Notice, adding some of the provisions of the Digital Information. 109 /2013/TT-BTC August 13, 2013, of the Ministry of Finance guidelines that support bank loan interest rates to purchase grain storage, summer rice, 2013.

What? 1. Edit, add some of the stats of the Digital 109 /2013/TT-BTC August 13, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance instructed to support the bank loan interest rate to purchase grain storage, the summer rice crop of 2013:

Paragraph 9 Article 2 is modified, added as follows:

9. The support interest rate is the interest of bank loan traders under the credit contract but does not exceed the maximum interest rate issued by the bank to the storage program, namely:

a) A credit contract signed between June 15, 2013 and before June 28, 2013 was imposed at a maximum interest rate of 10% per year following the guidance of the 4142 /NHNN-TD on 12/6/2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam.

b) The credit contract signed from June 28, 2013 onwards applies to a maximum interest rate of 9% per year in the guidance of the 4713 /NHNN-TD on 4 July 2013 by the Bank of Vietnam.

c) The Republic of Vietnam State Bank has a notice of changing the maximum interest rate that supports traders who participate in the storage program, according to the guidelines issued by the State Bank of Vietnam.
