Chapter I

GENERAL REGULATION

What? 1. The adjustment range

The domestic and foreign personal organization involved in the means of foreign opportunity to engage in traffic in Vietnam with the purpose of tourism to implement the regulation of this Decree and other relevant legislation that is relevant. In the case of the International Convention that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is another regulated member, it applies the provisions of that International Convention.

Chapter II

THE REGULATION OF FOREIGN OPPORTUNITIES IN THE COUNTRY OF COMMUNICATION IN VIETNAM

What? 3. Conditions for the foreign motor vehicle entry into traffic in Vietnam.

1. Must pass Vietnam ' s international travel business as the procedure for approval and implementation. The time is allowed to enter the country in Vietnam for less than 30 days. In the case of insecurity (natural disasters, traffic accidents, non-repair vehicles in Vietnam), the vehicle was added to Vietnam for no more than 10 days.

2. Have the approved text of the Ministry of Transport.

3. Conditions for the vehicle;

a) Is a passenger car with a rider on the left side from nine seats and a motorcycle;

b) The ownership of the organization, the foreign individual, has been registered abroad and attached to the foreign number of foreign countries;

c) There is a car registration certificate issued by the country ' s competent agency registration vehicle and also in effect;

d) There is a Technical Safety Certification Certification and Environmental Protection for motor vehicles due to the authority of the state-registered vehicle (for automobile).

4. Conditions for the vehicle operator:

a) a foreign citizen;

b) There is a valid passport or paper with a valid value of at least 6 months, since the date of entry and there must be a visa (except for visa exemption) in accordance with the duration of the visit in Vietnam;

c) There is a driving license consistent with the type of control vehicle.

What? 4. The procedure, the procedure of approval for the foreign motor vehicle entry into traffic in Vietnam

1. Vietnam ' s international travel business is sent to the Ministry of Transport for 01 sets of records, including the following papers:

a) The announcement of approval was to be held for foreign tourists carrying the mechanoship into the transport in Vietnam. It states the number of vehicles, the number of people, the date and entry of the entry, date and door of the appearance, the route of the road routes in the travel program;

b) The copy of the documents set at Point c, point d 3 and point b, point c 4 Article 3 of this decree;

c) List of media controllers; List of media, license plates, color paint, number of frames, number of machines (National Travel Travel, stamped and responsible for the accuracy of stated information);

d) Copy of the International Travel Business License issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

2. Slowly after the 5 working days, since the date of receiving the specified valid records at Clause 1 This article, the Ministry of Transport has a written approval of the State of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam. The approved text was sent to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Finance, Border Force Command, People's Committee of the Provinces, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, which was involved in coordinating management. 3. 4. For the inviable case of regulation at paragraph 1 Article 3 of this decree, after receiving the report text of the tourism business, the Ministry of Transport has a notice of notice to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Defense, Ministry of Finance, Department of Border Defense Command to coordinate management.

What? 5. Regulation of the people ' s control and foreign motor vehicle engagement in Vietnam.

1. There must be a forward vehicle to guide the way for foreign mechanoing in the process of engaging in traffic in Vietnam. Guided vehicles are automobile cars or motorcycles (if tourists carry motorcycles) due to Vietnam's international travel business and must be tagged or tagged with the symbol of that business.

2. Must engage in traffic within the route and time of circulation on the territory of Vietnam in accordance with the provisions of the approved text of the Ministry of Transport.

3. When the vehicle controls the traffic, the operator must accept the correct law of Vietnam ' s road traffic and must bring the following papers:

a) The passport or paper with a value of the passport change is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry;

b) The driving permit is consistent with the type of control vehicle;

c) The certification for technical safety testing and environmental protection for motor vehicles (for automobile vehicles);

d) A car registration issued by the authority of the country registration of the vehicle registration vehicle and also in effect;

The civilian vehicle owner's certificate of responsibility for the civilian vehicle is valid in Vietnam;

e) Evidence from the vehicle.
