Chapter I

GENERAL REGULATION

COMPETITIVE ELECTRICITY MARKET

-Other necessary regulations for the activity of the competitive electric wholesale market.

2. On infrastructure infrastructure

COMPETITIVE ELECTRICITY RETAIL MARKET

Chapter V.

c) Technical infrastructure and funding funding for the formation of independent new units and the activities of enhancing capacity and vocational training in response to the operational requirements of the electric power market.

4. Power generation, electrical transmission unit, national power system unit, operating unit market trading unit, electricity distribution unit, wholesale unit, electricity retail unit, and other units participating in the charged electricity market:

a) Technical equipment system investment needs to meet the operational requirements of the electric power market;

b) Professional training, a career for cadres, employees who meet the operational requirements of the electric power market.

What? 14. Effect of execution

This decision has the enforcement effect since December 25, 2013; Decision No. 1. 26 /2006/QĐ-TTg On 26 January 2006, the Prime Minister approved the route, the conditions of the formation and development of the power market level in Vietnam from the day of the decision came into effect.
