The Prime Minister issued the Decision on the application of the financial management mechanism. Stain. With the Bureau. K Vietnam. .

What? 1. The Vietnam Department of Transportation in the Ministry of Transport is applied to the financial management mechanism under the model of the LLC a member held by the State 100% of the provisions specified in the United States Census. 71 /2013/NĐ-CP July 11, 2013 by the Government.

What? 2. In terms of profit distribution, the Vietnam Department of Registration is allowed to use the remaining portion of profits (after paying taxes and extracts prescribed funds) to add to the Development Investment Fund that serves to the investment of projects related to the operational registration of the grants. I have the authority to approve.

What? 3. The Ministry of Finance chaired, in collaboration with the Department of Transport for the management of financial management of the Vietnam Registry.

What? 4 . This decision has been effective since 1 January 2014.

Ministry of Ministers: Transport, Finance, Internal Affairs, Director of the Bureau of Vietnam and the Chief Minister of the Union are responsible for this decision.
