Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

Corporate Law Base November 29, 2005;

The Railroad Law Base in 2005;

Base of Protocol 99 /2012/NĐ-CP November 15, 2012 of the Government on Assignment, Devolve Implementation Of Rights, Responsibilities, obligations of state owners to state enterprises and state capital invested in the business;

On the recommendation of the Minister of Transport,

The government issued a decree on the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Railway Corporation.

What? 1. It is accompanied by this decree the Charter of the Organization and Operations of Vietnam Railway Corporation.

What? 2. This decree has been in effect since 30 December 2013.

The abolition of the organization and operation of the Vietnam Railway was issued with Decision No. 474/QĐ-TTg on 31 March 2011 of the Prime Minister and previous provisions contrary to this decree.

What? 3. The Ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Government of the Government, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee and the Council of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, are responsible for the implementation of this decree.
