Digital Tax Law Base 45 /2009/QH12;

On the basis of reviewing the 382/TTr-CP Report on 07/10/2013 of the Government; Report on the acquisition, numerical equation 1589/BC-UBTCNS13 October 10 October 2013 by the Finance Committee-Budget,

DECISION:

What? 1.

The panel accompanying this resolution Sstates the resource tax rate in accordance with the resource tax tax framework stipulated at Article 7 of the Digital Tax Law. 45 /2009/QH12.

What? 2 .

The resolution came into effect on 1 February 2014.

Number resolution 928 /2010/UBTVQH12 April 19, 2010 by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the promulgation of the Financial Tax Tax Schedule expires since the day of this resolution taking effect.
