Chapter I

GENERAL REGULATION

2. Request for a degree:

a) Graduation of one of the majors: sea-ship control, sea ship, electric-radio-radio, design of higher sea sea ships;

b) As the maritime officer responsible for managing the ship with total capacity from 3000 GT or the total main engine capacity from 3000 KW or greater (for marine controllers, sea ships) or electrical engineering officer, electrical radio officer or at present time. the monitoring business, checking for repairs, new closure, or a minimum vessel distribution of 7 years;

c) High-level maritime English language 3rd degree or TOEIC international certificate at 450 points or IELTS reaches 4.5 or TOEFL CBT levels reached from 140 or more English bachelor ' s degrees;

Chapter III

TRAINING, MURDER, EXCHANGE, AND CARD RECOVERY

MARINE INSPECTION OFFICER

Chapter IV

EXECUTION CLAUSE

1. This message has been in effect since 10 February 2014.
