About the issue of Coordination Regulation in solved International Investment dispute

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

Base of Protocol 22 /2013/NĐ-CP March 13, 2013 by the Government stipulated the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

On the recommendation of the Minister of Justice;

The Prime Minister decided on the issue of Coordination of Coordination in the resolution of international investment dispute,

What? 1. It is accompanied by this Decision to co-ordinate in the resolution of international investment disputes.

What? 2. The Ministry of Justice is the body that helps the Prime Minister to direct the resolution of international investment dispute resolution and is the Legal Representative Agency for the Government in the resolution of international investment disputes.

What? 3. The decision came into effect on 3 March 2014.

The ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Government, the Chairman of the Government, the Chairman of the People's Committee, the Central City of the Central Committee, is responsible for the decision.
