A DECISION.

Approval of the Union of Vietnamese creative workers

INTERIOR MINISTER

Command Base 102-SL/L004 on 20 May 1957 enacted laws regulating the assembly rights;

Base of Protocol 61 /2012/NĐ-CP August 10, 2012 the Government regulates the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;

Base of Protocol 45 /2010/NĐ-CP April 21, 2010 by the Government Regulation on the organization, operation and management of the assembly and the Digital Protocol 33 /2012/NĐ-CP April 13, 2012 of the Government amended, adding some of the provisions of the Digital Protocol. 45 /2010/NĐ-CP;

At the suggestion of the Chairman of the Association of the creators of Vietnam and the Secretary of the NGO,

DECISION:

What? 1. The Charter of the Charter of the People's Association of Vietnam was the first National Congress of the People's Congress (2013-2018 term) of the Association through September 14, 2013 in Hanoi.

What? 2. The decision comes into effect since the date of the signing.

What? 3. The President of the Association of the creators of Vietnam, the head of the NGO, and the Chief Office of the Ministry of the Interior are responsible for this decision.
