DECISION approving the task of adjusting the overall planning for the construction of the rate of 1/5,000 Hoa Lac hi-tech Park to 2030 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law building on November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the law on urban planning, June 17, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2005/ND-CP on August 24, 2005 by the Government on planned construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 37/2010/ND-CP on 07 April 2010 the Government establishment, evaluation, approval and management of urban planning;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP dated 14 March 2008 the Government's regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, economic zones;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of construction, decision: article 1. Approval task to adjust general planning building the Hoa Lac hi-tech zone, the rate of 1/5,000 to 2030 (times 2) with the following: 1. The scope, boundaries:-scope of the Hoa Lac hi-tech Park on the area of the commune: Phu Quoc Oai district, Sand and Tan Commune , HA Hoa Thach, Peaceful, Equal, Council of architecture, Thach that district, Ha Noi.
-Area: approximately 1,586 hectares, with boundaries defined specifically for each area are as follows: + the area north of the Boulevard of thang Long:. On the North by a residential area south of route 84 (provincial road 420);. The East borders Lower Township With residential, Social, Peaceful Front;. On the West by Highway 21;. Thang Long Avenue on the South.
+ The area south of the Boulevard of thang Long:. Thang Long Avenue Northwest;. On the East by the ring was building;. On the West by North Phu Cat civil Area;. On the South by the civil District of Northern Phu Cat and road planning.
2. Population:-current status in 2013: the population, labor in the high-tech Area of about 12,400 people.

5. Content of the study: a) The technical-economic indicators: economic indicators-the main technical development of Hoa Lac hi-tech Park: inheriting the technical-economic indicators key high-tech development zones have Republic approved in decision No. 621/QD-TTg dated 23 May 2008 of the Prime Minister. -Regarding space development and land use planning: + to adjust the structure and scale of land use in some of the functional areas, suitable to meet the requirements of long-term development; don't build Golf courses in the area of high technology.
+ Define, adjust the height (m) of each of the functional areas, each area of the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Zone in accordance with Decree No. 20/2009/ND-CP dated 23 February 2009 by the Government on "management of high level aviation obstacles".
-Urban design: identify the features of architectural space, landscape, spatial areas: the central area, the location of the main gate of the high-tech zone, the main space axis, the square, green space-water, in accents and proposed guidelines, required space organization architecture for high-tech zones.
