CIRCULAR Guide to integrating the capital support program fast and sustainable poverty reduction in the poor districts _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 116/2008/ND-CP on November 14, 2008 Government's functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of planning and investment;

Article 8. Effect 1.
