Base of Resolution. 64 /2013/QH13 November 28, 2013 of the National Assembly stipulated some of the implementation of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Parliamentary base. What? The 718/NQ-UBTVQH13 on 2 January 2014 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly enacted a plan to implement the implementation of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Decision base 251/QĐ-TTg on 13 February 2014 by the Prime Minister enacted the Plan of the Government to implement the implementation of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Base of Protocol 199 /2013/NĐ-CP November 26, 2013 Government rules the function, duties, powers and the t-t. socket function of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the suggestion of the Chief Justice of the Law,

DECISION:

What? 1. It was accompanied by the decision to implement the implementation of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

What? 2. This decision is in effect from the date of the signing.

What? 3. Chief of the Bureau, the Director General, the Director of the General Affairs, the Department of the Ministry, the Chief of the Legal Affairs, the Chief Financial Affairs and the Prime Minister of the relevant units are responsible for the decision.
