Base of Protocol 99 /2012/NĐ-CP November 15, 2012 of the Government on Assignment, Devolve Implementation Of Rights, Responsibilities, obligations of the State Owner to the state-owned enterprise and state capital invested in the business;

At the suggestion of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

The government enacted the Organization for Organizational Statutes and Operations of the Vietnam High Industry Group.

What? 1. It is accompanied by this decree the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam Ruben Industry Group.

What? 2. This decree has been in effect since 30 May 2014.

Abolition of the Organization of the Organization and Operations of the Vietnam High School of Industry issued with Decision No. 469/QĐ-TTg on 30 March 2011 of the Prime Minister and other provisions previously contrary to this decree.

What? 3. The Ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Government, Chairman of the Government, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, the Council of the Members, the Director General of the Vietnam College of Industry, is responsible for the implementation of the decree.
