Base of Protocol 199 /2013/NĐ-CP 26 November 2013 of the Government regulates the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Decision base 409/QĐ-TTg on 09/4/2012 by the Prime Minister issued the Action Programme on April 19, 2011 on the results of the implementation of Directive No. 32-CT/TW on 09/12/2003 by the Central Party Secretariat (Key IX);

Decision base No. 1133/QĐ-TTg on July 15, 2013 by Prime Minister approx and organizes the implementation of the projects at Decision No. 409/QĐ-TTg;

Base Decision No. 486 /QĐ-BTP on March 3, 2014 by the Department of Justice on the Board Plan common work, education of law, reconciliation at the base and standard of legal access by people at the facility in 2014;

At the suggestion of the Chief Justice of the Law,

DECISION:

What? 1. It was accompanied by the decision to Plan the Common Work, the Legal Education of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2014.

What? 2. The decision comes into effect since the date of the signing.

What? 3. Chief of the Bureau, the Chief of the Legal Affairs, the Minister of Units of the Department is responsible for this decision.
