A DECISION.

What? 1. Approval of the National Action Plan because children are affected by HIV/AIDS in 2014-2020 (the following is called the Plan) with the following key content:

1. Children affected by HIV/AIDS include:

a) Children with HIV;

b) The child is directly affected by HIV: Children orphaned by their father and mother or father or mother die for reasons related to HIV/AIDS; children who live with their fathers, mothers or people who cultivate HIV;

c) Children have a high risk of HIV infection: Children use drugs; children are children of sex-sex, selling sex, drug use; children living in children's aid facilities.

2. Items to 2020

a) Fencing 90% of children affected by HIV/AIDS in the management area are provided with health care, education, counseling, nutrition support and physical development, alternative care, recreation and social policies by regulation.

b) A 90% chance of child assistance, care and treatment facilities for children with HIV, social organizations related to HIV children are provided with knowledge, protection skills, child care affected by HIV/AIDS.

c) 100% of schools that create opportunities for children affected by HIV/AIDS are to be studied under demand.

3. Active content and primary solutions

a) State management of protection, childcare affected by HIV/AIDS:

5. The Organization

a) Ministry of Labor-Trade and Social Affairs:
