DECISION:

II. THE SUBJECT OF THE PLANTING OF THE FOREST.

III. PROGRESSIVE FOREST FARMING

c) In 2016:

-Planting as a replacement for the purpose of using forests to other purposes: 28,570 ha

-Three years of implementing alternative forest planting projects when the purpose of the purpose of using the forest to another purpose.

IV. SOLUTION

3. Penal Land Fund replaced

The alternative forest land fund is identified on the basis of an empty land area, which is planned for forestry development:

-For the project owner with alternative forest plantations: construction, the organization performs the alternative forest cultivation method in accordance with the Digital Information. 24 /2013/TT-BNPTNT and the current rules.

-For the landless project owner to grow the forest instead, there is no condition for the self-organizing of the forest to replace: it is possible to file money for reforestation instead into the Fund for Protection and Development of the province by regulation at Section 3 Article 10 of the Digital Protocol 05 /2008/NĐ-CP January 14, 2008 the Government of the Government of the Fund for the Protection and Development of the Forest.

-Enhancing testing, monitoring alternative forest planting after the purpose of using the target forest to other purposes.

-Periodic report of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on alternative woodland results.

3. Proposal for the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and ministries, the relevant sector in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development directed by the Ministry of Agriculture, the local governor, and the project owner for implementing alternative forest planting under the current regulation.
