DECREE

V. The management of the chemical management of the Convention of the Prohibition of Development,

production, possession, use and destruction of chemical weapons

At the suggestion of the Minister of Commerce,

The government issued a decree on the management of the controlled substance of the Convention banning the development, production, stockpile, use and destruction of chemical weapons.

Chapter I

GENERAL REGULATION

What? 1. The adjustment range

The decree provides for the production of manufacturing, business, processing, consumption, storage and export, importing chemicals that are prohibited by the Convention, manufacture, stockpile, use, and destruction of chemical weapons (later known as the Convention for the Prohibition of Weapons). chemistry) controlled in the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

1. 10.
