CIRCULAR guide on the route of cargo transit via the territory of Vietnam _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated 20 December 2013 of government regulation in detail Trade Law enforcement activities in the international sale of goods and the activities of dealers buying, selling , processing and transit goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/ND-CP dated 20 December 2012 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of transportation;
According to the proposal of the Director General of transport, the Minister of transport issued circulars about the route of cargo transit via the territory of Vietnam.
Article 1. Scope this circular guide shipping routes and the pair of gate of Vietnam to transit of goods through the territory of Vietnam.
In the case of international treaties related to the transit of goods to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member have other regulations shall apply to international treaties.
Article 2. The object that applies to this circular apply to organizations and individuals concerned to operate transit cargo between Vietnam with foreign countries.
Article 3. The route, gate transit goods the transport of goods in transit through the territory of Vietnam must follow the route and gate folder specified in the appendix attached to this circular.
Article 4. Effective enforcement of this circular is effective from August 1, 2014.
Article 5. Responsible for enforcing and implementation Office, Chief Inspector, Director of the Service, the General Director of the Bureau of roads in Vietnam, Director of Department of Vietnam Airlines, Vietnam Maritime Bureau Chief, Director of Department of inland waterways, rail Chief Vietnam Vietnam, Director of the Department of transport of the province of , central cities, heads of agencies, organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
