Base of Protocol 215 /2013/ND-CP December 23, 2013 of the Government regulates the function, mandate, jurisdiction and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

On the recommendation of the Chief of Tax Policy,

Secretary of the Treasury Department of Finance to abolish Digital Information 154 /2009/TT-BTC July 30, 2009, of the Ministry of Finance to rule the record, submit and administer the use of a license to issue a license, as follows:

What? 1. Digital Abolition 154 /2009/TT-BTC July 30, 2009, of the Ministry of Finance to rule the record, file and manage the use of licensing licensing fees.

What? 2. It has been in effect since 1 August 2014.

What? 3. The Secretary of the Tax Policy, the Chief of the Legal Affairs and the Department of the Ministry, the relevant agencies are responsible for this private practice.
