A DECISION.

Regarding the approval of the Resettlement Policy Framework for the World Bank (WB) Capital Grid (WB) Project.

National Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 2013;

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

The signing of the Law of Signing, accession and implementation of the international treaty June 14, 2005;

Base of Protocol 38 /2013/NĐ-CP April 23, 2013 of the Government on Management and Use of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) and the Preferable Loan Source of the sponsors;

Review of the Ministry of Commerce at the 5461/TTr-BCT text on June 17, 2014,

DECISION:

What? 1. The review of the Resettlement Policy Framework of the Project "Media Power Grid" (TEP) borrowed the WB capital as the Ministry of Commerce's petition stated in the above text.

What? 2. On the basis of the approved resettlement policy framework, the Vietnam Electric Corporation (ECN) approved resettlement plans for the project's component projects.

What? 3. The decision comes into effect since the date of the signing.

Minister of ministries: Trade, Planning and Investment, Finance, Justice, Agriculture and Rural Development, Resources and Environment; Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Power Corporation (EVN) and Prime Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam The officials are responsible for this decision.
