A DECISION.

In terms of the preferable mode for students, students of art disciplines

The Prime Minister issued a Decision on Incentives For Students, students of traditional arts and in particular in cultural-arts schools.

What? 1. Subject and scope applicable

This decision stipulated the regime to be preferable to students, students who studied traditional arts and specialization in cultural schools-public art and outside of the public, including: National theatre music, traditional music, Hue, and others. South ministry, theater stage actor, folk performing arts, category art, shack art, traditional musical performance.

What? 2. Cost reduction mode

1. Students, attending students at cultural training facilities-public art is reduced by 70% of tuition fees.

2. Students, students studying at cultural training facilities-the art outside of the public is reduced to tuition fees that do not exceed the regulation levels of the respective training disciplines in cultural training facilities-the art of public art.

What? 3. Career fostering mode

1. Students, students who study in cultural training facilities-the established arts are entitled to a degree of accretion with a 40% degree of scholarships that encourage full/month.

2. Students, students studying at cultural training facilities-an art outside of the public is entitled to a vocational compensation that does not exceed the regulation levels of the respective training disciplines in cultural training facilities-the art of public art.
