Decree on water drainage and waste water _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ based on Government Organization Law of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law on building 18, 2014;
Pursuant to the law on urban planning, June 17, 2009;
Pursuant to the law on environmental protection on June 23, 2014;
Pursuant to the law on water resources for 21 June 2012;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of construction, the Government issued Decree on water drainage and waste water treatment.
Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope and objects 1. This Decree regulates the operation of waste water treatment and drainage in urban areas, industrial zones, export processing zones and economic zones, high-tech zone (hereinafter referred to as the industrial zones), rural residential areas of focus; the rights and obligations of organizations, individuals and households have activities related to sewerage and waste water treatment on the territory of Vietnam.

4.
