The CIRCULAR regulates the Organization, operations, public relations work of the Corps of inspectors and the procedures to conduct an inspection of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law No. 56/2010/Inspector QH12 on November 15, 2010;
