A DECISION.

Regarding the approval of the draft Protocol between the Government of Vietnam and the Luxembourg Government of the Republic of Luxembourg on the project "Supporting Agriculture, Farmers and Rural Affairs"

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

Resolution Base No. 67 /NQ-CP on September 8, 2014 on the devolve to the Prime Minister on behalf of the Government on behalf of the Government does some work on international treaties;

Review of the Ministry of Planning and Investment at the 6897 /BKHĐT-KTN publication on October 03, 2014;

DECISION:

What? 1. Through the draft Protocol between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on the Project "Agricultural Assistance, Farmers and Rural Provinces of the Propaganda Province" (Vienna 35), the Government of Luxembourg was not reimbursable by the Government of Luxembourg.

What? 2. The Commission for the leadership of the Ministry of Planning and Investment is on behalf of the Government to sign the Protocol on with the competent representative of the Government of Luxembourg.

What? 3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs complete the necessary procedures under the provisions of the existing law for the signing of Protocol ./.
