About the organizational and operational terms of the Army Telecom Group.

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

Corporate Law Base November 29, 2005;

Base of Protocol 99 /2012/NĐ-CP November 15, 2012 of the Government on the Allocation, Implementation Of The Right, Responsibility, obligations of the state owner to the state-owned enterprise and state capital invested in the business;

On the recommendation of the Secretary of Defense,

The government issued a decree on the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Army Telecommunications Group.

What? 1. It is accompanied by this decree the Charter of the Organization and Operations of the Army Telecommunication Corporation.

What? 2. This decree has been in effect since December 22, 2014.

Repel the organizational and operational charter of the Army Telecommunication Corporation issued with Decision No. 466/QĐ-TTg on 30 March 2013 of the Prime Minister and other provisions previously contrary to this decree.

What? 3. The ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of Government of the Government, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, the Director General of the Army Telecom Group is responsible for the implementation of this decree.
