The LAW on the Organization of Congress _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Congress enacted the law on the Organization of Congress.
Chapter I the POSITION, functions, duties and powers of CONGRESS article 1. The location, the function of the National Assembly 1. The National Assembly is the highest representative body of the people, bodies of State power of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Chapter VII ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS to article 102. Effect 1. This Act has effect from January 1, 2016.
2. the Act of Parliament no. 30/2001/QH10 was revised, some additional articles by Act No. 83/2007/QH11 expired from the day this law is in effect.
