What? 38. Effect of execution and transition regulation

1. This law took effect from 1 January 2016.

2. Proposition of the people granted before this Law Day is valid to still be valid for expiration of the statute of limitations; when citizens are required, they are changed to a citizen ID card.

3. The licensed legal documents that have issued use of information from the People's Proposition are still in effect the law.

The issued models made use of the use of information from the People's Certificate which continued to use until the end of December 31, 2019.

4. The unconditional locality of information infrastructure, material, engineering and human identity manager, National Database of Population and Citizenship Databases for implementing the implementation of this Act, citizen management is still in place. Implementation of the laws of the law prior to the rule of law is valid; the slog from 1 January 2020 is required to be unified under the provisions of this Law.

5. The government provides specifically the implementation of the Law in the transition period from when the Law is effective until December 31, 2019.
