Career education LAW _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Article 4. The goal of the career education 1. Article 5. Occupational education institutions 1. Professional education establishments include: a) professional education center;
b) secondary school;
c) College.

Article 8. Planned network of professional education establishments 1. 3. The Director of occupational education center has the following powers, duties: a) issued the regulation, regulation of career education center;
b) decided to set up, merger, Division, separation, dissolution of the organisation of vocational education centre; appointment, dismissal and resignation, Deputy Chief of the titles held by the Centre;
c) construction planning and development team of teachers, managers; decision structure, the number of people working and decided to pay according to performance, quality of work; recruitment of employees, workers according to the needs of the professional education center; the contract work, contract labour, management, use of employees, workers and the termination of the contract under the provisions of the law;

4. Article 14. Middle school principal, College 1. 4. Article 20. Suspension of professional education activities 1. 2. d) does not implement training activities after the time limit of 24 months from the date of being granted registration certificates of professional education activities.

Article 61. Obligation to work has a time limit of 1. Who won in the national vocational competition, contest ASEAN regional skilled or skilled international contest be rewarded according to the provisions of the law on competition, reward.

Who reach one of the first, second, third prize in the national vocational competition has a high level and have a high school diploma or have learning and achieve required sufficient mass cultural knowledge high school under the provisions of the law are recruited directly into college to study vocational career match, won.
3. Who reach one of the first, second, third in the ASEAN area vocational examinations and vocational test, if any international high school diploma or diploma level, learned and achieve required sufficient mass cultural knowledge high school under the provisions of the law are recruited directly into the University to study vocational career match, won.

Chapter VII STATE MANAGEMENT CAREER EDUCATION Article 71. Responsible for the governance of professional education 1. The unified Government in the governance of the education profession.

d) Replacing the word "vocational" by the phrase "occupational education institution" in paragraph 3 to article 54;
DD) instead of the term "vocational school" by the phrase "occupational education institution" in paragraph 1 to article 89;
5. Remove the phrase in some of the following: a) Remove the phrase "college degree," in paragraph 2 to article 40 and Article 41 paragraph 1;
b) Dropped the term "College" in article 41, Article 51 paragraph 1 d and article 79;
c) Dropped the term "colleges and" in paragraph 3 clause 2 Article 41;

d) Removing the phrase "Minister of education and training recognized College for ratings" in clause 5 article 9;
DD) Dropped the phrase "master's level or above for the principal College" in point b of paragraph 2 article 20;

Article 78. The transitional provisions of occupational education institutions, educational establishments University admission before this law is in effect the enforcement training organization, granted by certificates for learners according to the provisions of the Education Law No. 38/2005/QH11 was revised, some additional articles by Act No. 44/2008/QH12 Vocational Law, no. 76/2006/QH11 and higher education Law No. 08/2012/QH13 until the end of the course.
