The Law of Signing, accession and implementation of the number of international treaties 41/2005/QH11;

At the suggestion of the President of the Water at 02/TTr-CTN on 2 June 2014 on ratification of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities;

On July 29, 2014, the Government of the Foreign Affairs Commission, Report No. 4528/BC-UBDN13 on 22 October 2014 of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, Report No. 504 /BC-CP on 20 November 2014 of the Government and the opinion of the delegates. Congress;

DECISION:

Ratification of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed on 22 October 2007 at the United Nations headquarters in Niu-Och.

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam is committed to implementing the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities across all fields.

What? 3

The government, the Supreme People 's Court, the Supreme People' s Examination Institute, the agencies, the relevant organization within the scope of the mandate, its powers organized the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

What? 4

The National Assembly, the National Assembly, the Committees of the National Assembly, members of Congress, supervised the implementation of the resolution.

The resolution was signed by the Socialist Republic of Vietnam XIII, the 8th session through November 28, 2014.
