COMMON RULES

1. This federated information specifies the number and standard of career as a teaching profession in the institutions of public higher education, including: National University, regional university, academia, university, public college in the education system, and the university. The people.

The title of career as a teaching officer in the institutions of public higher education includes:

What? 3. The standard of vocational ethics by the teaching officer in the institutions of public higher education.

Follow the Code of Ethics Act issued by Decision No. 1. 16 /2008/QĐ-BGDT April 16, 2008 by the Minister of Education and Training and the existing regulations of the law.

Chapter II

CAREER TITLES STANDARD

What? 4. Senior Lecturer (Class I)-Code: V. 07.01.01

1. Mission:

a) Teaching the degree of college, higher education; guidelines and grading of sentences, college graduation courses, universities; master thesis guidelines, doctoral dissertation; presiding or participating in a master's thesis panel, doctoral dissertation;

b) The building of planning, content, training programs of the majors; proposes the direction, the development measure of the industry or industry;

c) Host or participate in the editorial writing, reference books, monograph books, guide books, book compenceBooks and textbooks in foreign language to Vietnamese (later known as training books). b) There is a certificate of teacher pedanship for the lecturer;

c) There is a certificate of Senior Lecturers (Class I);

d) There is a degree 4 foreign language (B2) specified in the Digital Information 01 /2014/TT-BGDT January 24, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training issued the Six-degree Foreign Language Framework for Vietnam.

For foreign language instructors then the second foreign language level must reach order 4 (B2) by regulation at Digital Information. 01 /2014/TT-BGDT January 24, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training enacted the Six-degree Foreign Language Framework for Vietnam;

) There is a skill set of informability to use basic information technology by regulation at Digital Information. 03 /2014/TT-BTTTT March 11, 2014 of the Ministry of Information and Media rules the standard of using information technology.

3. Standards for Professional Competence, Career:

a) There is an in-depth knowledge of the disciplines that are assigned to teach and have the solid knowledge of some of the relevant subjects in the specialized training industry;

b) The reality and the development of the development of training, scientific research of the majors;

c) The host implementation of at least 02 (two) the topic of secondary-level scientific research or 01 (a) the higher-level scientific research topic has been able to obtain the results from reaching demand.

2. The standard for training, fostering:

a) There is a master ' s degree in compliance with a job position, a teaching profession;

b) There is a certificate of teacher pedanship for the lecturer;

c) There is a certificate of principal lecturer (Class II);

d) There is a degree of degree 3 foreign language (B1) specified in the Digital Information 01 /2014/TT-BGDT January 24, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training issued the Six-degree Foreign Language Framework for Vietnam.

1. Mission:

Chapter III

EXECUTION CLAUSE
