Approval of the 2014-2020 timber production management method

DECISION:

What? 1. Approval of the 2014-2020 Phase Wood Production Management Method, which includes the following key content:

I. TARGET OF THE METHOD

1. Joint goal: Close management of the production, export of export wood, maximal restriction of using wood materials from plantations to produce timber, in order to enhance the value of processed products from forest logging, raising income for people. 2. Specific Goals

-Phase 2014-2015: Using no more than 70% of wood production of raw materials mined from the forest to produce timber, increased value increases on 01m. ³ It was about 14% more than in 2013.

II. THE PRODUCTION ORIENTATION

III. EXECUTION SOLUTION

1. Sort of, innovate enhancing the efficiency of wood-based production facilities

-Enhancing inspection, monitoring to create fair competition for published wood products in terms of quality, labeling, and domestic market stability.

4. On Policy

To the Government, the Prime Minister issued a number of policies:

-Tax Policy: Increased tax exports from 0% now up to 5-10%. The increased value tax pressure is 10% and the corporate income tax is 25% for the lumber manufacturing business.

-Credit Policy: Building credit policy towards forest owners whose commitment to grow large timber business forests or to retain the forest that has planted long-term care for the minimum timber business is 10 years with the mechanism: to the forest owners the forest.
