At the suggestion of the Minister of Science and Technology,

Government issue of the revised decree, which adds some of the provisions of the Protocol 133 /2008/NĐ-CP December 31, 2008 specifies the details and guidelines for the implementation of some of the provisions of the technology Transfer Laws.

Modified, add 1 Article 5 following:

What? 2. Effect of execution

This decree has been in effect since 1 February 2015. Paragraph 1 Article 5 and 03 of the technology category stated at Annex I, II and III of the Digital Protocol 133 /2008/NĐ-CP December 31, 2008 is abolished since this Decree is valid.

What? 3. Responsibility

Ministers, peer-to-peer agencies, government ministers of the Government, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Central City, organizations, individuals are responsible for the implementation of this decree.
