Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

Corporate Law Base November 29, 2005;

The Petroleum Law Base in 1993 and the Amendment Law, which added some provisions of the Petroleum Law of 2000 and 2008;

At the suggestion of the Minister of Finance,

The government issued a decree on the Financial Management Regulation of the Vietnam Petroleum Corporation.

What? 1 . It is accompanied by this decree which is the financial management of the parent company of Vietnam Petroleum Corporation.

What? 2 . This decree came into effect from March 1, 2015 and replaced the United States Digital Decree. 142 /2007/NĐ-CP September 05, 2007 and number 44 /2010/NĐ-CP April 20, 2010 by the Government on the Board of the Financial Management Regulation of the Vietnam Petroleum Corporation.

What? 3. Ministers, peer-to-peer agencies, Head of Government of the Government, Chairman of the Provincial People ' s Committee, Central City of the Central Committee; Chairman of the Board, General Manager of the Vietnam Oil Corporation is responsible for the implementation of the decree. Hey.
