b) The copy of the decision to establish or the certificate of corporate registration in the existing regulations;

c) The performance of the experimental laboratory in accordance with the Appendix II of this Information;

d) The portfolio of technical documentation is used in the sample testing operation in Appendix III of this Smart;

The copy of the certificate and the decision to recognize the ISO/IEC 17025 compliant trial of the test room with a competent authority (if any).

What? 6. The execution of the test room designation

1. Science and Technology review, evaluation of the prescribed profile at paragraph 2 Article 5 This message.
