Base of Protocol 107 /2012/NĐ-CP December 20, 2012 the Government regulates the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the suggestion of the Chief Transport and General Secretary General of Vietnam Road,

Minister of Transport for Transport issued the amendment, compleming some of the provisions of the Digital Information 15 /2014/TT-BGTVT May 13, 2014, by the Minister of Transportation, guided the transit route through Vietnam.

What? 1. Modified, supplement some of the provisions of the Digital 15 /2014/TT-BGTVT May 13, 2014 by the Minister of Transport for the Transport Guide to the Transit Transit Transit route through the South Vietnamese territory.

1. Additional, modify Article 3 as follows:

" 1. The route, the outlet for the transit of goods, is regulated at the Appendix issued by this message.

2. The demand base, the actual condition, the Ministry of Transport will announce the addition or modification of the route catalog, the transit of the cargo transit process for the transport units to implement ".

3. Replace the Annex of the Digital Information 15 /2014/TT-BGTVT May 13, 2014, of the Secretary of Transportation with the Appendix issued under this Notice.

What? 2. Effect and accountability

1. This message has been in effect since 15 July 2015.

Chief of Staff, Chief Inspector, Chief Secretary, General Directorate General Directorate of Vietnam Road, Chief of Vietnam Department of Aviation, Vietnam Department of Marine Affairs, Vietnam Department of Homeland Security, Vietnam Department of Railways, Director of the Vietnam Railway Bureau, Director of the Republic of Vietnam The Department of Transportation of the Provinces, the Central City of the Central, the Head of the Agency, the organization and the individual are responsible for this practice.

3. In the course of execution, if there is an entanging, the agencies, organizations and individuals reflect on the time of the Ministry of Transport for consideration, resolve.
