DECISION:

What? 1.

1. The worker is covered in social security time to qualify for the pension to ensure life as the end of labor under the provisions of the Social Insurance Law of 2014.

The case of worker participation in social insurance is compulsory after a year of leave, voluntary social insurance participant after a year of not continuing social insurance without 20 years of social security when required to receive social insurance. Once.

2. The once-a-time social insurance level for the mandatory social insurance participant is calculated according to the number of years that have closed the social insurance, every year is calculated as follows:

a) 1.5 months of average monthly wage in social insurance for the years ahead of 2014;

b) 02 months of average monthly wage premiums closing social insurance for years closed from 2014 onwards.

3. Social coverage once for voluntary social insurance participants calculated according to the number of years that have closed the social insurance, every year is calculated as follows:

a) 1.5 months of average monthly income of the month of social insurance for the years ahead of 2014;

b) 02-month the average monthly income of the month of social insurance for years closed from 2014 onwards.

Government delivery:

1. The propaganda organization, which popularized the Social Insurance Act towards the target of long-term social security for workers; implementing a voluntary social insurance policy that has the support of the State;
