At the suggestion of the Director of the Bureau of Vietnam and the Bureau of the Environment,

The Ministry of Transport issued the National Technical Standards Board on emissions of level 4 to automobile production, assembly and new imports.

What? 1. It is accompanied by this Smart National Technical Standards on Level 4 emissions for automobile manufacturing, assembly and new imports.

Registration number: QCVN 86 :2015/BGTVT.

What? 2. It has been in effect since 1 February 2016. The application of the emissions of 4 regulations at Section 2 QCVN 86 :2015/BGTVT for automobile production, assembly and import vehicles was made from 1 January 2017 under the regulation at a point a Article 4 Decision No. 4. 49 /2011/QĐ-TTg September 1, 2011 of Prime Minister.
