The Base Directive No. 13/CT-TTg on June 10, 2015 by the Prime Minister on the strengthening of the responsibility of the head of state administration of the ranks in the reform of administrative procedures;

A DECISION.

What? 1 The Executive Board with this Decision Plans to implement Directive No. 13/CT-TTg on June 10, 2015, by the Prime Minister on the strengthening of the responsibility of the head of state administration of the department in the reform of administrative procedures. at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

What? 2 This decision has been in effect since the date of the signing.

What? 3 The Chief of Staff, the Chief of the Legal Affairs, the Minister of Units of the Ministry and the individuals, the relevant organization is responsible for the decision.
