Pursuant to Decree No. 92/2006/ND-CP on 7 September 2006 by the Government on creation, approval and management of the overall socio-economic development and the Decree No. 04/2008/ND-CP dated 11 January 2008 by the Government on the amendments and supplements to some articles of Decree No. 92/2006/ND-CP;
Pursuant to decision No. 581/QĐ-TTg dated May 6, 2009 by the Prime Minister approving cultural development strategy to 2020;
Pursuant to decision No. 2201/QD-TTg dated January 3, 2011 by the Prime Minister approving the development strategy of Sports Fitness, Vietnam by 2020;

Considering the recommendation of the Minister of culture, sports and tourism, the DECISION: article 1. Overall planning of development, culture, sport and tourism South East region and the southern key economic region by 2020 to 2030 vision, (hereinafter referred to as the master plan), including 12 provinces, central cities: Ho Chi Minh City , BA RIA-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Long An and Tien Giang, with the following principal contents: i. POINT 1. Promote and exploit the potential efficiency, system technical infrastructure and the status of the region, with the Ho Chi Minh City, motivate a comprehensive development of the family, culture, sport and tourism, create the advent and contribute to promoting the cultural market fitness activities, sports and tourism of the country and the local development.
2. Strengthening The internal links on the basis of identified local advantages to create focus and breakthrough of development of culture, family, sport and tourism; attach importance to the cooperation with the countries in the ASEAN region to promote the development of culture, sports and tourism of the region sustainable.
3.
