The Telecommunications Law Base November 23, 2009;

The Product Quality Law Base, which was manufactured on November 21, 2007;

Standard Law School and Technical Regulation June 29, 2006;

Base of Protocol 25 /2011/NĐ-CP April 6, 2011 of the Government rules the details and guidelines for some of the provisions of the Telecommunications Law;

Base of Protocol 132 /2008/NĐ-CP December 31, 2008, of the Government Regulation of the Blueprint of certain provisions of the Law Quality Law, goods;

Base of Protocol 127 /2007/ND-CP August 1, 2007 of the Government Regulation the implementation of some of the provisions of the Standards Law and Technical Regulation;

Base of Protocol 132 /2013/NĐ-CP October 16, 2013 of the Government rules the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

On the recommendation of the Director of the Bureau of Telecom,

The Minister of Information and Communications issued the Mandatory Telecommunication Service Portfolio.

What? 1. The Convention on the Catalogue of the Telecommunication Service is required to manage the quality and the corresponding National Technical Regulation applicable to each service as follows:

6	Internet access service on the IMT-2000 ground mobile telecommunications network	QCVN 81 :2014/BTTTT

In the case of national engineering norms corresponding to the above service are replaced by the new standard, applicable to the new standard.

What? 2. This investment has been in effect since February 15, 2016 and replaces the Digital Information Digital. 02 /2013/TT-BTTTT January 22, 2013 by the Minister of Information and Communications International Telecommunication Services, which is required to manage quality management.
