CIRCULAR regulations, standards codes occupations officer specialized in livestock breeding and veterinary medicine _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law officer on November 15, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2012/ND-CP dated 12 April 2012 of the Government on the recruitment, use, and management of employees;
Pursuant to Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated 14 December 2004 by the Government on the salary for public servants and the armed forces; Decree No. 17/2013/ND-CP dated 19 December 2013 the Government's amendments and supplements to some articles of Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated 14 December 2004 by the Government on the salary for public servants and the armed forces;
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP on November 26, 2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2014/ND-CP dated 16 June 2014 Government's functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;
The Minister of agriculture and rural development and the Minister of the Interior issued a circular regulating code and standard occupations of employees specialized in breeding and veterinary medicine. Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope and objects 1. This circular the provisions of the code, the standard occupations and wages, occupations for specialized livestock officials and veterinary medicine. 2. This circular applies to the officer specialized in breeding and animal health to work in business units.
Article 2. Class codes and occupations of employees specialized in breeding and animal health 1. Animal disease diagnosis titles, including: a) diagnosis of animal disease Officer II class-code: v. 03.04.10 b) diagnose animal diseases Member III-code: v. 03.04.11 c) technicians diagnose sick animals grade IV-code: v. 03.04.12 2. Title check veterinary hygiene, including: a) veterinary hygiene Inspector II-class code: v. 03.05.13 b) veterinary hygiene Inspector III-code: V. 03.05.14 c) technicians veterinary sanitary inspection grades IV-code: v. 03.05.15 3. Veterinary testing titles, including: a) veterinary pill testing II-class code: v. 03.06.16 b) tested veterinary officer III-code: V. 03.06.17 c) technicians tested veterinary IV class-code: v. 03.06.18 4. Breeding test titles, including: a) the breeding Park grade II testing-code: v. 03.07.19 b) tested livestock Officer III-code: V. 03.07.20 c) livestock testing technician IV-class code: v. 03.07.21 Chapter II STANDARD OCCUPATIONS of EMPLOYEES SPECIALIZED in ANIMAL DISEASE DIAGNOSIS article 3. Common standards on professional ethics of employees specialized in animal disease diagnosis 1. Responsibility, honesty, enthusiasm to profession, proactive research, modestly learn, apply the achievements of science, technology in the work.

Chapter VI APPOINTMENT and SALARY GUIDELINES UNDER article 19 CAREER TITLES. The principle of appointment and salary according to occupations for officers specialized in breeding and veterinary medicine

3. Article 25. Responsibility 1. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies; Chairman of people's Committee of the province, central cities and agencies, organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of the provisions of this circular.
2. During the implementation process, if there are obstacles, the proposal reflects on the Ministry of agriculture and rural development and the Ministry of the Interior reviewed, resolved.
