Base of Protocol 127 /2007/ND-CP August 1, 2007 of the Government rules the details and guidelines for some of the provisions of the Standards Law and Technical Regulation;

Base of Protocol 132 /2013/NĐ-CP October 16, 2013 of the Government rules the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

At the suggestion of the Chief of Science and Technology,

The Ministry of Information and Communications issued the National Technical Regulation of the National Technical Regulation on the magnetic compatibility for short-range short-range radio equipment from 9 kHz to 40 GHz.

What? 1. It is accompanied by this Smart National Technical Standards for Electrical compatibility with short range radio equipment from 9 kHz to 40αGHz (QCVN 96 :2015/BTTTT).

What? 2. It has been in effect since 1 June 2016.

What? 3. Chief of the Office, the Chief of the Department of Science and Technology, the Head of the Agency, the unit of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Director of the Department of Information and Communications of the Provinces, the Central City and the organizations, the individual is responsible.
