National technical regulation on food f lavoring-Vanilla f lavouring substaces

I. GENERAL REGULATION

1. The adjustment range

This regulation rules for technical requirements, management requirements for vanilla flavorants used with the purpose of making food flavorants (later called vanilla flavorants).

II. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, TEST METHODS, SAMPLING AND LABELING

1. Technical requirements and test methods

Technical requirements for vanilla flavorants are regulated at the appendix issued with this standard as follows:

1.1. Appendix 1: Technical requirements for Vanillin.

1.2. Appendix 2: Technical requirements for Ethylvanillin.

The instruction test method in this Regulation is not required to apply, which may use other test methods with equivalent accuracy.

2. Presampling Regulation

The sampling is done according to the guidelines at 26 /2012/TT-BKHCN December 12, 2012 of the Minister of Science and Technology "Regulation of the state inspection of the quality of goods circulating on the market" and other provisions of the law are involved.

3. Request for Record

III. MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS

V. ORGANIZATION EXECUTION

1. Deliver the Department of Food Safety, in collaboration with the authorities involved in implementing the implementation and organization of the implementation of this Regulation.

2. Base at the request of management, the Food Safety Bureau is responsible for the petition for the Minister of Health to modify, add this Regulation.

3. The international guidance case on the method of testing and the provisions of the proposed legislation in this Regulation is amended, complemated or replaced by the new text.
