I. GENERAL REGULATION

1. Adjustment range

This regulation rules for technical requirements, management requirements for solvents used for the purpose of being a food processing support (later called solvent).

The methods that try to be guided in this Regulation are not required to apply, which may use other test methods but must have equivalent accuracy.

2. Sample Rule

3. Label Record

III. MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Streamline publication

1.1. The solvents must be published in accordance with the regulations at this Regulation.

1.2. V. ORGANIZATION EXECUTION

1. Deliver the Department of Food Safety, in collaboration with the authorities involved in implementing the implementation and organization of the implementation of this Regulation.

2. Base at the request of management, the Food Safety Bureau is responsible for the petition for the Minister of Health to modify, add this Regulation.

3. The international guidance case on the method of testing and the provisions of the proposed legislation in this Regulation is amended, complemated or replaced by the new text.
