CIRCULAR regulations code and standard occupations officer specialized in hydro-meteorological forecasting _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law No. 54/2010 officer/QH12 on November 15, 2010;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/ND-CP of March 2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2014/ND-CP dated 16 June 2014 Government's functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;
The Minister of natural resources and the environment and the Minister of the Interior issued a circular regulating code and standard occupations officer specialized in hydro-meteorological forecasting.
Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope and objects 1. This circular the provisions of the code, the standard occupations and appointed, by wage occupations for the specialized staff of hydro-meteorological forecasting.
