ArtAculo 1Aº.-Sustituyese the artAculo 29 of law 8,733, dated 17 June 1931, for the following:
| " ARTICLE 29. -The effects of the inscription shall lapse, in full right, to the thirty-five years of verification, except that the promited party compradores its successors to any title, request the reregistration, before or after the expiration of the operation, to which effect the provisions of the articles 1Aº and 2Aº of Law 3.003, of 24 November 1905 ". |
ArtAculo 2Aº.-For the purposes of the re-registration, the applicant must display a copy of the promise whose registration has expired, accompanied by evidence by display, authenticated notarially.
ArtAculo 3Aº.-Expected in the artAculo 29 of law 8,733, of 17 June 1931, with the wording given by article 1Aº of this law, shall apply to the inscriptions whose expiry has been operated before the date of entry into validity of this law.
