ArtAculo 4Aº. -A ModifAcase the second of the artAculo 70 of the Law No. 11,029, of 12 January 1948, in the wording given by the article 15 of the Law No 18.187of 2 November 2007, which will be worded as follows:
| " All alienation, taxation or subdivisions or cessation in any form of enjoyment must be done with prior authorization from the National Institute of Colonization, in the case where the settler has satisfied the obligations ". |
ArtAculoA 5Aº. -A Declare that you are not affected or included by the Administration and the rule instituted by the Law No. 11,029, of 12 January 1948 and amending, the parcels that make up the colonies that have been listed by the Advisory Committee of Colonization or the Rural Development and Colonization of the Mortgage Bank of the Uruguay, whose owners met all their obligations before January 12, 1948.

ArtAculoA 6Aº. -A Agri-win to artAculoA 70 of Law No. 11,029, of 12 January 1948, in the wording given by the article 15 of the Law No 18.187of 2 November 2007, the following points:
| " The contracts made relating to the parcels acquired to the Rural Development and Colonization of the Mortgage Bank of the Uruguay, under the law of rural development, as well as the National Institute of Colonization, registered in the Public Records until the entry into force of this law. the owners of the affected land the registration of their titles in the institution, in the form and conditions that will establish the regulation that to such effects dictate the executive branch. Failure to comply with the above subparagraph will enable the National Institute of Colonization to apply a fine to the holders of the property for the equivalent of up to 25% (25%) of the value of the property fixed by the National Catastro Address ". |
ArtAculo 7Aº. -A Agri-gase to artAculoA 101 from Law No 11,029, of 12 January 1948, in the wording given by the article 15 of the Law No 18.187, dated 2 November 2007, the following literal:
| "E) | I do not comply with any of the conditions that provide for this law and its respective regulations." |
ArtAculoA 8Aº. -A Promises for the purchase of fields from an extent less than a thousand hectares, which were registered prior to the entry into force of the Law No. 18187, of 2 November 2007, is not included in the obligation imposed by the first article of the article 35 of the Law No. 11,029, of 12 January 1948, with the amendments provided by this law.

There are validated "ipso jure" subdivisions performed without having been processed and obtained the authorization of precept, recorded in the National Directorate of the Catastro until the entry into force of this law. From the entry into force of this law, the National Registry of Catastro shall not register any of the parcels affected for the purposes of collective interest promoted by the Law No. 11,029, of 12 January 1948 and amending, without the constancy of having been granted by the National Institute of Colonization the respective authorization.
ArtAculoA 9Aº. -A Executive Power will regulate this law within six months of its enactment.
