The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Single ArtAculo. -A AutorAzase the departure of the PaAs de la Plana Mayor, Tripularía, Medios and the following National Navy Ships: Buque de Apoyo ROU 04 "General Artigas" (two hundred and eighty crew members and helicopter); The ROU 26 "Vanguardia" (seventy-five crew) and the Scientific Vessel ROU 22 "Oyarvide" (70 crew members), for the purpose of participating in the Campaà ± a AntA ¡ rtica 2011/2012-Operacion ANTARKOS XXVIII, from the day 12 December of the year in progress and until the day of March 31, 2012, with stopovers in the ports of Ushuaia, Republic of Argentina and Punta Arenas, Republic of Chile.
