unique ArtAculo.-Base the Agreement Bilateral Economic, Commercial and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, signed in the city of Montevideo, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, on 29 May 2009.
