DEAL ON TRANSFER OF CONVICTED PERSONS

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

unique ArtAculo. -A Apru.base the Agreement on the Transfer of Condemned Persons between the States Parties to MERCOSUR with the Republic of Bolivia and the Republic of Chile, signed in the city of Belo Horizonte, Federal Republic of Brazil, on 16 June December 2004.
